Mark graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton. Mark has used the principles of the CAO and its osteopathic teachings to give great results to the public.

Following the classical osteopathy of Dr. Still, Mark believes in the Osteopathic principles in treating the body; to treat the body as a dynamic unit of function, that the body is self-healing and self-regulating, and that structure and function are interrelated. Anatomy is essential for understanding the body as a 3D whole, using planes and axis to guide the body towards better range of motion, removing obstruction/motion restriction and obtaining an overall better health.
